STUDENT CONDUCT POLICIES

Open Book Primary is a respectful, focused learning environment for K–2 students.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate dismissal from a session.
Repeated incidents may lead to suspension or permanent removal from services.
Parents will be notified promptly if behavior concerns arise.

SCHEDULING AND Cancellation Policies

Sessions are booked in advance and held in person.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur a 50% session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
Exceptions for illness or emergencies will be handled with care and flexibility.

Payment Policies

Payment is due at the time of booking via Stripe.
Packages and recurring sessions may be offered at a discounted rate.
Refunds are not issued for missed sessions unless canceled with proper notice.
Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future sessions.

Communication Policies

All communication will be conducted via email or text using business contact info.
Parents will receive session reminders, updates, and progress notes as needed.
Questions or concerns should be directed during business hours.
Respectful, timely communication is expected from both parties.

Safety and Privacy Policies

Student information and session details are kept confidential.
Photos or recordings will not be taken or shared without written parent consent.
Sessions are held in safe, child-friendly environments.
